Imsys and Embedded J sign agreement
Stockholm, Sweden and Nontaburi, Thailand, June 7, 2006. Imsys AB and Embedded J Co., Ltd. announce today a collaboration effort for the sales and marketing of the Imsys products. Embedded J will distribute Imsys’ line of Java-enabled microcontrollers, prototyping kits, modules and development tools throughout channels in Thailand and China. In China a fully owned subsidiary, Nanjing Hanyue Electronics Co., Ltd with head office in Nanjing city is the point of contact. Embedded J has also licensed additional IP from Imsys and will produce its own products based on the Imsys Java platform.
